Presenter Instructions

Posters & Lightning Talks: Bring a poster no larger than 36″ x 48″ to the workshop; posters can be set up before the workshop begins (8:30-9am) or during the first break. Prepare a 5 minute flash talk describing your poster, and come to the podium before the workshop begins to test your slides.

Paper Talks: You have a 20-minute slot for a 17 minute talk and 3 minutes for questions. In the break before your talk (or before the workshop begins), come to the podium to test your slides.

Highlight Talks: You have a 30-minute slot for a 25 minute talk and 5 minutes for questions. In the break before your talk, come to the podium to test your slides.
