Presenter Instructions

Accepted Papers: Authors of accepted papers will give a 15 min talk with 5 min for questions (20 min slots).

Accepted Highlights: Authors of accepted highlights will give a 25 min talk with 5 min for questions (30 min slot)

Accepted Posters: The poster size should be 36 inch x 48 inch in portrait mode. Poster boards and pins will be available at the workshop – set up your poster between 8-8:30 so they are up for the entire day. Prepare to be in front of your poster from 2:30-3:30 for the poster session.
