CNB-MAC 2017 Submission

All paper, highlight, abstract submissions should be made through the EasyChair online submission system: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cnbmac2017

Original Research Papers

CNB-MAC welcomes original research papers that have not been published before and are not currently under review by another conference or journal. Accepted full papers will be published in a partner journal (to be announced).

Format Requirements: For your initial submission, please use the ACM sigconf template (can be obtained at: ACM template) on 8.5 x 11 inch paper (not to exceed 10 pages).

  • Upon acceptance, authors may be required to update the format of their manuscript according to the guidelines set by the partner journal in which the paper will be published.
  • Authors, whose research paper has been invited for presentation at CNB-MAC 2017, will have the opportunity to choose between a BMC journal (either BMC Bioinformatics, BMC Genomics, or BMC Systems Biology – to be assigned by the TPC) and IET Systems Biology for the publication of their paper.
  • There will be an article processing charge of £1052 (One Thousand and Fifty Two Pounds Sterling) for publication of the article in BMC Bioinformatics/Genomics/Systems Biology.
  • IET Systems Biology is currently waiving article processing charges for open access publishing. All content published will be immediately and freely available to download and view, potentially increasing visibility for authors.

Poster Abstracts

We invite authors to submit poster abstracts to present their latest research findings at the workshop.

Format Requirement: Submitted abstracts should not exceed one page in ACM template on 8.5 x 11 inch paper. Registered authors whose abstracts have been accepted for poster presentation at CNB-MAC will have the option to have the abstracts included in the proceedings published by ACM Digital Library.
